When a Muslim woman’s husband is afflicted with illness, the deepest impact is felt in his wife’s heart. The atmosphere of the home changes, and at every moment, the heart remains turned towards Allah in hope of healing. This concern is natural, but have faith that healing comes only by Allah’s command. A wife’s prayer, patience, and courage become the greatest source of strength for her husband. Instead of panic, display courage and hope in front of your husband. Regular prayer (Salah), charity (Sadaqah), and Ruqyah Tashfiyah are highly effective spiritual means for the restoration of your husband’s health.

The Method of Ruqyah Tashfiyah

Allahu Samad in arabic

Ruqyah Tashfiyah is a spiritual means of gaining relief from illness and distress. For this, at any time, recite Surah Al-Fatihah once and blow (do dam) over your husband. After this, call out “Allah-us-Samad” with love seven times. Finally, conclude this Ruqyah by reciting the prayer (dua) given below once.

Ruqyah Tashfiyah Ka Tarika

Continue the Ruqyah described above for 7 days. By the will of Allah, your husband will be healed from his illness within 7 days. If this does not happen, continue this Ruqyah for 14 or 21 days. Remember, for your husband’s recovery from illness, continue medical treatment alongside spiritual treatment, because it is only through the blessings of spiritual treatment, prayer, or Wazifa that a doctor’s medicine becomes a means of cure. Causes of a Husband’s Illness

Dear sister, when a husband falls prey to any illness, there is always some material or spiritual reason for it. Below, we have listed the possible causes of your husband’s illness and the potential ailments he may be susceptible to. Try to keep your husband away from the causes we have described so that your husband always remains healthy.
Your husband may commonly suffer from ailments such as severe headache, migraine, blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, stomach acidity, indigestion, liver weakness, heartburn, nervous tension, insomnia, weak eyesight, early signs of diabetes, and hormonal imbalance. This is because he is naturally quick to make decisions, bears the burden of responsibilities alone, and strives to prove himself strong in every situation.
Among the apparent causes, the most prominent is poor dietary habits, such as not eating on time, consuming fast food and spicy foods, excessive tea or coffee, dehydration, and staying awake late at night. As a result, problems like stomach upset, acidity, gas, sluggish liver, and blood pressure arise. Furthermore, continuous mental stress, suppressing anger, ignoring rest, and physical exhaustion weaken the nervous system, which leads to heart and brain diseases.
Spiritually, excessive self-confidence, lack of gratitude (Shukr), lack of patience (Sabr), not having complete trust (Tawakkul) in Allah, and harboring anxiety in the heart destroy inner peace, which directly impacts physical health. In some cases, the evil eye (Nazar) also affects his health, as his prominent personality, progress, or strong will become the target of others’ envy, leading to sudden weakness, headache, anxiety, and loss of interest in work. Similarly, an enemy’s jealousy and continuous negative thoughts burden his mind and body, while according to some spiritual traditions, black magic (Kala Jadoo) can also be a cause of unexplained illnesses, fatigue, insomnia, and fear of the heart.

If this husband balances his diet, prioritizes rest and sleep, controls his anger, and makes it a routine to spiritually engage in the remembrance of Allah (Dhikr), prayer (Dua), and charity (Sadaqah), then not only can the severity of these illnesses be reduced, but it also becomes possible to restore peace and health in his life.
